The Department of Advertising, Sales Promotion & Sales Management was set up at Loyola in 1994 and offers under graduate course in B. Com Advertising.

The Department of Commerce (Advertising, Sales Promotion & Sales Management) began in the academic year of 1994-95, and has ever since been in great demand from students all over the state. This is thanks in part to our unique combination of disciplines and in part to our unique ability to expose our students to the best of the industry while studying.
Some key statistics for the Department of Commerce (Advertising, Sales Promotion & Sales Management):
Meet the Head of the Department
Admissions to our B. Com Advertising course happen through the common Loyola admissions route.
We give our students every opportunity to grow and to gain insight from real-life marketing giants. Our students are ready to tackle their jobs with the same flair as any professional. Here is how we make that possible:
Students get the opportunity to work with industry giants such as Taj Hotel, IDBI and HUL from the very first year, corresponding to their course-work with the experience they glean from these companies.
We tie up with prestigious organizations and prominent personalities to conduct talks and workshops at the Academy. Students are often required to base assignments on these seminars.
Our multi-disciplinary approach makes students eligible for a variety of professions.
Apart from the subject matter of the course, we teach our students to take initiative and responsibility. We train them to consider the big ethical question marks to all commercial questions.
Our department is consistent in its quest for new borders to cross. Here are a few examples of those we already have:
