The Department of Commerce (Business Administration) was set up at Loyola in 2011, and offers under graduate course in B.B. A (Bachelor of Business Administration).
Set up in the year 2011, the Department of Commerce (Business Administration) has since proudly seen 90% of its students embark on successful careers. We enhance our course with specialized lessons to fast track our students onto the path of success.
Meet the Head of the Department
Admissions to our B.Com Computer course happens through the common Loyola admissions route.
We believe in giving our students the best possible opportunities. We give our students adequate exposure and real-time experience in the corporate sector. Here are a few things we do to ensure our students are ready for the next level:
We encourage our B.B.A students to participate actively and take charge of the various seminars and other events the department organizes.
Students are required to intern with an approved organization during the final year as part of the curriculum.
We expose our B.B.A students to on-site projects with prestigious multinationals. We also groom our students with practical, hands-on training, thereby making them job-ready as soon as they pass out.
Our highly qualified faculty, well-equipped computer laboratories, abundant library that we share with the other departments, and, of course, the atmosphere of ease we create in our lecture halls, make us one of the most sought- after departments on campus. Drop by for a visit.
Since its inception in 2011, students of our department have proven their mettle in every arena. A few notable achievements:
