LOYOLA RADIO

Loyola Radio was implemented in the year 2019. The primary functions of Loyola Radio are to Inform, entertain, and educate all the Loyolites regarding day-to-day events happening in Loyola, also to give all the announcements like, notices, alerts, and even about any lost and found items in the college based on any location. Apart from all the announcements made, we entertain students and refresh their minds by playing soothing songs in between the narrative sessions. This is the space where students be all refreshed in the early mornings or during lunch and even after their college hours.

The Loyola Radio is been headed by Hima Bindu. A, HoD of Mass Communication dept who guides all the RJs based on their works. We do have RJ Heads who work as Loyola RJs since their 1st year after they prove their talent in Radio Club. We do choose talented people who can orally communicate well and narrate any situation. 

    Loyola Radio also has an Online handle, ‘Loyola Radio’ on Instagram. This is a social media page where our RJ Heads and the Jr. RJs communicate with people through this platform to keep them informed about the happenings in college, also to interview them, go live, and also to post songs based on different emotions our students go through before exams especially.
