Loyola Academy follows a transparent and merit-based recruitment process in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission and the policies.
Vacancies for teaching and non-teaching positions are identified based on institutional requirements and approved cadre strength. Recruitment notifications are published on the official website under the Job Openings section, specifying the post, eligibility criteria, and application deadline.
Screening
Applications from eligible candidates are screened as per the prescribed qualifications and experience.
Selection
Shortlisted candidates are invited for a written test, teaching demonstration/skill test, and personal interview before the Selection Committee.
Appointment
Based on the Committee’s recommendations, the competent authority approves the final selection and issues appointment orders.
