Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)
Loyola Academy is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where every student, faculty member, and staff can work and learn with dignity and confidence. In accordance with the guidelines of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the college has established the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address issues related to sexual harassment and gender-based discrimination within the campus community.
The ICC serves as a dedicated body that ensures the prevention, prohibition, and redressal of complaints related to sexual harassment. It works to uphold the principles of equality, fairness, and justice while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity in handling all concerns. The committee provides a safe platform for students and employees to report grievances and seek support without fear of intimidation or retaliation.
Beyond addressing complaints, the ICC actively promotes awareness about gender sensitivity, mutual respect, and ethical conduct through workshops, orientation programs, and awareness campaigns. Through these initiatives, Loyola Academy strives to cultivate a campus culture where dignity, safety, and respect are fundamental values.
