Introduction

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program, established in 2011. It is a three-year undergraduate program designed to build strong foundational knowledge and managerial competencies in business and management. The curriculum covers core areas such as accounting, finance, marketing, human resource management, economics, and business law, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of organizational functions. Structured across six semesters, the program emphasizes both theoretical learning and practical exposure through case studies, projects, internships, and industry interactions.

The program aims to develop key outcomes such as analytical and critical thinking abilities, effective decision-making skills, and proficiency in modern business tools and techniques. It also enhances communication, leadership, teamwork, and entrepreneurial capabilities, while fostering ethical awareness and social responsibility among students.

Through student-centric learning methods like seminars, group discussions, and presentations, along with co-curricular and extension activities, the program supports holistic development. Graduates are well-equipped to pursue diverse career opportunities including roles in marketing, finance, human resources, banking, and operations. They may also explore entrepreneurship, consulting, or management trainee positions. Additionally, the program provides a strong foundation for higher education such as MBA and other professional courses
