BBA- ENTREPRNEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Introduction

The BBA in Entrepreneurship Development (BBA-ED) established in 2022, is a three-year undergraduate program designed to nurture entrepreneurial aptitude and managerial competence. The curriculum integrates core business disciplines such as accounting, marketing, human resource management, taxation, operations research, and strategic management with specialized courses in entrepreneurship, innovation, and start-up management. The program emphasizes experiential learning through workshops, industrial visits, internships, and research activities, enabling students to bridge theory and practice.

Key Outcomes: Graduates develop strong entrepreneurial orientation, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. They gain proficiency in business planning, opportunity identification, financial decision-making, and strategic execution. The program also enhances communication, leadership, teamwork, and ethical decision-making skills, preparing students to function effectively in dynamic business environments.

Career Opportunities: Students can pursue diverse career paths such as entrepreneurs/start-up founders, business consultants, financial advisors, marketing analysts, HR executives, and operations managers. Opportunities are also available in banking, corporate sectors, and family businesses. Additionally, graduates can opt for higher education such as MBA, PGDM, or specialized programs, further strengthening their career prospects.

Overall, the program aims to create industry-ready, innovative, and socially responsible professionals capable of contributing to economic and business development.
