INDIAN HERITAGE & CULTURE

Introduction: 

India is an oldest cultural block in the world, which is having five thousand years old Cultural Heritage. So many ethnical races, Cultures, linguistical groups and religions born here and sometimes entered into the country from the other part of the world. Today, India represents multicultural and linguistically heterogonous traits and a wide spectrum of traditions and values. 

The modern day students have the responsibility to understand the society in a better way to deal with multi faceted challenges came out of society during their academics, career and in personal life. Incorporation of Indian Heritage and Culture in the part of curriculum enables students to meet this challenge. To shape out the overall personality and character of the students of Indian Heritage and Culture (IHC), fills the gaps regarding the understanding of Indian Society.  Department of Indian Heritage and Culture (IHC) training the students to recognise the socio-cultural heritage of our country, which makes them competent for their professional life as well as personal life.
