The department of B.Sc. (Food Science, Nutrition and Dietetics) was established in the academic year 2018. Department of Food Science, Nutrition and Dietetics is a multidisciplinary department and it started functioning with a team of dedicated faculty members who have been actively engaged in imparting quality teaching of the courses in Food Science, Nutrition and Dietetics for graduating science students.

The immersive curriculum we provide is only a part of what we do. The popularity of our Food Science, Nutrition and Dietetics department arises from the hands-on cooking we give our students throughout. A few highlights:
True-To-Industry Equipment
Our 3 laboratories support our vast curriculum. Apart from the theory of Nutrition and Dietetics, students learn skills such as planning and preparing diets, etc.
Industrial Projects
Students are allotted projects with huge Hospital so as to garner exposure and expertise. Some of these Hospitals include Yashodha hospital, Kims Hospital, Care hospital, etc.
